Joan Le Jeune
Joan, pictured with her Russian grandchildren, is the Founder and Executive Director for Life Adoption Services, Inc. She founded the agency in 1984 after adopting two girls from Korea. Besides her role as Executive Director, Joan is active in adoption legislation having initiated two adoption related bills which both successfully became law.
Alma has been with Life Adoption Services, Inc. since 1995. Her primary role is assisting clients with all aspects of their document preparation for their adoption. From Application to Finalization and Post Placement, she is there to answer all of your questions.
Cynthia has worked for Life Adoption Services, Inc. for over 15 years. Her current position is Hague Coordinator. She is also a single adoptive parent of two beautiful Russian children. Her focus is the Agency's full compliance with the Hague Convention.
Cara Suh Le Jeune
Cara began working (putting packets together and mailing them to prospective clients) at Life Adoption Services, Inc. at the very young age of 16. Her studies took her to UCI and USC where she earned her Master's Degree in Social Work graduating in the top 1% of Social Work graduates nationwide. She is the adoptive daughter of the Agency's founder and currently serves as Interim Social Worker Supervisor.
